Dollar Rent a Car Facility

Project Description:

Car rental facility that includes the rental and return counters and administration support, fuel island, car wash, full maintenance building with administrative support and car staging area.

Project Challenge:

The existing site was a construction dump. The site had to be excavated and new fill dirt brought in. Complete site infrastructure had to be developed. The site was long and narrow requiring careful planning for the site circulation of how cars are staged, returned, fueled, washed, preventative maintenance and return to the "ready" line for rental.
